ICM Partners Agents Hit Billboard’s 2019 R&B and Hip-Hop Power Players

Billboard unveiled their annual list of the most influential executives and creatives in R&B and hip-hop earlier this month, and three familiar faces from ICM Partners graced the collection of names.

Partner and Concerts Agent Robert Gibbs, as well as Concerts Agents Yves C. Pierre and Jacqueline Reynolds-Drumm were among the leading individuals chosen for their innovative and inspiring work within the music industry.

In representing Dreamville, the outfit associated with J. Cole that includes the likes of Ari Lennox, Bas, J.I.D, and EarthGang, Robert has worked to bring various artists to stages across the globe.

For Yves and Jacqueline, 2019 was the year of the woman. They currently share a female-centric roster that includes artists such as Rapsody, Justine Skye, Layton Greene, Baby Rose, Yung Baby Tate, and City Girls. According to Pierre, the particular narratives shared on Rapsody, Justine Skye, and Layton Greene’s latest albums are what drive her forward.

“They have released new albums or EPs that tell their stories and experiences of what it means to be a black woman in music,” said Pierre. “[It’s] what keeps me going.”

Congratulations to everyone!
